Paul Vella MSc
Paul is an Occupational Psychologist, member of the British Psychological Society, Association of Business Psychologists and the Association for Coaching. He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, is Level A and B accredited through the British Psychological Society and is licensed to use a wide range of psychometric assessments. As former UK head of a global test publisher specialising in Emotional Intelligence, Paul has particular insight and understanding in this area and is considered one of the country’s leading experts in the field.
Paul has over 10 years experience in management and consultancyin both the private and public sectors, including internationalprojects in North America and Europe.His consulting work has centred on building resilience, engagement and awareness in individuals, leaders and teams, to enable them to achieve business and personal success.

His balanced, client centred approachand his professionalism and focus on achieving results that matter makes him a key member of our team.

Alma Thomas, BA, MSc. M.Phil
Alma is a world-leading Sports Psychologist and Performance Enhancement consultant. An Olympic Silver Medal winner herself, she has been the Performance Psychologist to the British Track team at three Olympic Games and World and European Championships and has been the Team Psychologist to British Rugby Union and Rugby League Teams.

Alma’s work has not been confined to sport. She has helped elite performers in all fields: actors, dancers, musicians, singers,lawyers and politicians have all been helped to deliver their best, most confident performances. She has also developed and delivered performance and personal development programmes for US universities such as New York, Princeton, and Rutgers.

Her publications include books on Performance Enhancement, Team Psychology and Corporate Strategy,as well as Play the exam game: Control your performance with confidence, a book aimed at students of all ages.
Her corporate clients have included BT, Rockwell, Barclays, and IBM, where she worked with clients to create jointly designed programmes, always aimed at enhancing performance at work.

Nick Brice, BSc.
A psychologist by training, Nick’s career kicked off in the corporate world, but he left to become a Principal Consultant with a top global people and organisation development consulting group. He has run his own creative development consultancy specialising in small and large group engagement workshops and events since 1995, as well as a thriving theatre company.

He specialises in developing and delivering leadership, strategy, brand, customer service and personal development workshops and engagement events.Nick takes participants on a unique journey, out of their left brain and into their right brain. What they find there is frequently mind-changing, with a huge potential to transform individuals, teams and organisations.

His book Brand Alchemy focuses on the people, values and culture of an organisation.
Nick’s clients have included Orange, BT, Toyota (Europe, USA and Japan), Unipart Group, Mercedes-Benz, Landrover, British Airways, BMI, Esso Retail, BP Distribution, Bass, Sun International, Hilton International, Lucas, Lucent, HSBC, and NatWest.

Dr Sian Watt, BA(Nat Sci), PhD, Grad Dip Bus
Sian is a sociologist, and has had extensive international experience, working in business and in academia in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, the USA, Pakistan, Europe and Australia.
She continues to lecture internationally on Masters programs on subjects that include Managing Diversity, Cross Cultural Management and Innovation and Creative Thinking.

She has consulted extensively in the Far East, Australia and Europe. Her clients have included Coopers and Lybrand, Norwich Union and The Mater Group of hospitals in Australia as well as smaller companies in the engineering, manufacturing and the service sectors. She has recently had experience in the introduction and guidance of managing diversity and cultural change consulting in the NHS

Her culture audit tool has proved invaluable when organisations need to undertake a root-and-branch rethink, with the outcomes feeding into our work on leadership and team-work.
